We do not provide Refunds. Products/Parts can be replaced if there is any manufacturing defect. Please test the sprayer with clean water to find out any manufacturing defect before mixing with chemical.
Please flush out chemicals with clean water spraying, please charge the battery before and after the use. Read the manual thoroughly. If any issue all spares are available at affordable cost. We do not replace the items with other items. Once despatched or received by you, it cannot be changed unless there is any manufacturing defect.
Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
Cancellation Policy
Order will be allowed to cancel only if it is not shipped or within 3 hours of placing the order. Whichever is earlier.
Refund Policy
We do not refund provide refund. We shall only provide refund if order is not shipped.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account. This may take around 3-5 working days.
